Montchavin is a really charming village with a great skiing location - its right next to the Vannoise Express giving easy access to the whole of the Paradiski area and has excellent skiing through trees and higher on the mountain in its own right. No one ever seems to mention the off piste on the La Plagne side which is great but seems to be relatively un-known/-frequented.rnrnWe've been to Montchavin 5 times now and love it. The village itself has to be the prettiest in the La Plagne resort. It is quite a quiet resort so not great for party lovers, but anyone looking for somewhere to chill or with a family will love it.
